  • How can I purchase your beaded jewelry?
    Thank you for your interest in my beaded jewelry! Beading is a slow and mindful process. As a full- time stay-at-home mum, my time for beading is limited and cherished. Most of my creations come to life during those precious moments of free time scattered throughout the day, sometimes even stretching into late nights, with me still beading away at 1 am!
  • Why is there limited availability of your work?
    Since my beading is a passion project first and foremost, and my time is divided between taking care of my family and indulging in this creative outlet, the number of pieces available for sale is limited. However, due to the growing interest in my work, I've decided to release new pieces for sale on a monthly basis. Additionally, there may be some pieces available spontaneously, so be sure to keep an eye out for those special releases!
  • When can I expect new pieces to be available for purchase?
    New pieces will be released for sale on a monthly basis, but please understand that each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Therefore, I appreciate your patience as I work diligently to bring new creations to life amidst the demands of daily life.
  • Is there a waiting list for custom orders?
    At this time, I am unable to accommodate custom orders due to the time constraints of being a full- time stay-at-home mom. However, I'm constantly exploring ways to expand my offerings, so please stay tuned for any updates in the future.
  • Can I pre-order or reserve a piece in advance?
    Unfortunately, I do not offer pre-orders or reservations for specific pieces. Each creation is unique and may not be replicated exactly, adding to its charm and exclusivity.
  • How do I look after my jewlery?
    Your beaded earrings are made of glass and are as delicate as a butterfly's wings. So, please treat them with the utmost care and avoid yanking on them like you're trying to start a lawnmower. On the bright side, I use gold filled and sterling silver in my work, so they won't tarnish and should last a long time. - When not being worn, beaded earrings do best when hanging or preferably lying flat - Do not get beadwork and plated metal wet remove jewelery before showering or swimming. - Sometimes fringe can get wacky - roll them gently in between your fingers or on a soft flat surface to straighten them out. - Beaded earrings are delicate - avoid wearing while using house hold chemicals, to clean wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Shipping Information
    Thank you for considering purchasing my beading work! Here's everything you need to know about shipping: Carrier: I use Swiss Post for all postage. Domestic Shipping (Switzerland): Please allow 2-3 business days from purchase to delivery for domestic orders within Switzerland. International Shipping: I offer a flat rate of 10 CHF for international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided for all orders. Expedited Shipping: Currently, I do not offer expedited shipping options. If you have specific timing needs, please contact me (hello@beadsworkbykat.com) before placing your order, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request. Lost or Damaged Packages: While I take care in packaging your order securely, I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact me (hello@beadsworkbykat.com), and I'll assist you in resolving the matter with Swiss Post.
  • Refunds, Returns, Cancellations
    Crafting each of my pieces takes a considerable amount of time and dedication, which is why I don't offer refunds, returns, or cancellations. I kindly ask that you review all the information carefully before making a purchase. If you're not thrilled with your order, shoot me an email at hello@beadsworkbykat.com, and let's chat. Kind words and patience go a long way in finding a solution together. Should your piece arrive damaged, don't fret! I'll happily repair it at no extra charge. Just keep in mind that you'll need to cover the shipping costs to send the item back to my studio.
